Tathastu refers to the granting of wishes by angels through one's own words or thoughts.

Whenever the angels come closer to us, they bless the words we speak and the thoughts in our heads as "Tathastu".
Sometimes when we are upset, we say things that we should not have spoken, and we never know when God from above would have said "Tathastu" in response to those things that we have uttered.
